Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Morf Music Thank you for your interest in booking Morf Music! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties, please review the booking policy below: 1. Booking Confirmation Bookings are secured only upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or a deposit (see below). Availability is first-come, first-served. Dates will not be held without confirmation. 2. Deposit & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice and is subject to availability. In the rare event that Morf Music must cancel, all payments will be fully refunded or an alternate date will be offered. 4. Performance Requirements Please ensure access to power (if amplification is needed), adequate shelter from weather (for outdoor events), and a performance space of at least 6x6 ft. Any necessary permits or sound checks must be arranged in advance by the client. 5. Travel & Equipment Bookings outside of NYC may include a travel fee, depending on distance and logistics. Morf provides all standard performance gear unless otherwise agreed. 6. Timing & Overtime Performance start/end times must be clearly agreed upon in advance. Additional performance time beyond the agreed slot may incur an overtime fee, payable on the day of the event.
